During my stay at this grand hotel, I appreciated the spacious and clean rooms, which provided a comfortable escape from the bustling streets of Varanasi. The proximity to the Vishwanath Temple and the Ghats was a huge plus, making it easy to explore. However, I found the service quite lacking, especially with the staff being unresponsive to basic requests. Overall, it's a decent place to stay, but the service could really use some improvement.
I had a decent stay at this hotel, with clean and tidy rooms that provided a comfortable retreat after busy days exploring Varanasi. The location is a big plus, being close to several temples and the Ganges. However, the service left something to be desired, as the staff seemed to prioritize chatting amongst themselves over attending to guests, and the restaurant experience was not great, particularly regarding breakfast options.
